Returns & Exchanges

At Studio Lucén, each artwork is created to bring light, atmosphere, and character into your space.

We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we’re always here to help if something doesn’t feel right.

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided that the artwork:

• Is in its original condition
• Has not been damaged
• Is returned in its original packaging, or in similar protective packaging to ensure safe transport

Made-to-Order Artworks

All Studio Lucén artworks are made to order with great care and attention.

For this reason, the following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom or personalized artworks
• Artworks produced in specific colors or formats upon request

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a trackable and well-protected shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

The Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain, Czech Republic, Sweden.

Estimated delivery times within Europe are approximately 2 weeks.

For destinations outside the EU (United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand), delivery times may vary due to international shipping and customs processes.
